“Planning to get my second braces here after a while because my teeth start moving back due to retainer missing. Survey a few clinics, and got into this. They provide good promo that will catch your eye without think properly. All in and no depo for ligating is quite good bargain. Then i came to first appointment. Got xray done and the female doc served me. She did not explained anything regarding my xray and just asked so you want to do or not? Despite that, i agreed to continue because i just thinking about my teeth gonna be good in future. Btw front table quite rude ya. Then proceed. For second visit, only for scaling before installed the lower part. Disaster ok. Before start she said if pain or cannot handle just raised your hand. Im freaking crazy raising my hand but she keeps continued like nothing happened. On my 4th visit need to change the wire. On 5 min process and got no explanation given about my teeth progress and condition. Omg. After that i changed to male doctor. Quite friendly and give explanation about my teeth progress. Hopefully until the end of treatment.”
